Born 12th February 1935 – Died 15th June 2012

It have been necessary for us to curtail this journey and disembark the "COSTA PACIFICA" cruise ship in Lerwick in the Shetland Islands of Scotland in the United Kingdom as SHIRLEY DENA WARRINGTON (née WILLIAMS) has passed away, after such a long time of suffering and incapacitation.

Your Spirit and Body dear MUM are now FREE at last, and will be full of life again on and be a part of a HIGHER PLAIN.

THANK YOU dearest SHIRLEY for being such an inspiration to us all and for touching all of our and so many other people lives in such a very special way, just like you dear husband ERIC who passed away last year.

You have been a beacon of light, a teacher and a guide, you were a receiver of messages and a healer too. 

You spread so much warmth and so much love to so many people. You listened and gave your opinion but always prescribed the right advise,

Although you will be missed on this EARTHLY PLAIN... because of you our whole outlook on life as we know it and what is beyond has been changed forever.

Cruise Itinerary and Cabin Assignment

The "Spitsbergen and Iceland" Cruise between Thursday 14th June 2012 and Saturday 30th June 2013 is onboard the "Costa Pacifica" cruise ship operated by Costa (Cruise Line) Crociere.

The 18 Day "Spitsbergen and Iceland" Cruise (Day By Day) Itinerary is as follows:

The "Costa Pacifica" will depart from Hamburg in Germany on Thursday 14th June 2012 and will return to Hamburg in Germany on Saturday 30th June 2012.

The 2012 Summer Solstice of Midsummer's Day and Midsummer's Night, being on Thursday 21st June 2012, will be celebrated at sea on board the "Costa Pacifica" on route from Akureyri in Iceland to Spitsbergen/Svalbad in Norway.

The cabin that has been assigned for us onboard the "Costa Pacifica" is an upgrade from the original Cabin Category B2 - Outside Cabin with Balcony on Deck 7 - Alhambra Deck to Cabin Category SB - Samara Cabin with Ocean View Balcony # 1061 on Deck 10 - Satie Deck.

Cruise Ship Information

The "Costa Pacifica" is a Concordia-Class cruise ship operated by Costa (Cruise Line) Crociere. The "Costa Pacifica" was delivered to Costa (Cruise Line) Crociere on 29th May 2009.

 

The "Costa Pacifica" and inaugurated during a dual christening ceremony, along with its sister ship the "Costa Luminosa" on 5th June 2009.

The "Costa Pacifica" has 1,504 stateroom; 521 with private balconies and 91 spa staterooms; 58 suites with private balconies and 12 spa suites.

There are 5 onboard restaurants, which include the reservations-only Club Blue Moon and Samara Restaurant. There are 13 bars, including a cognac and cigar bar and a coffee and chocolate bar and the Fever Disco.

There are 4 swimming pools, 2 with retractable covers, 1 with a Toboga and 4 jacuzzis. A poolside screen is located on the Pool Deck. The onboard Samara Spa and Wellness Facility over 2 levels, has a gym, a therapy pool, treatment rooms, sauna, Turkish bath and a solarium.

The "Costa Pacific" also has a Casino and Video Arcade, a 3-level Stardust Theater, a Grand Prix (Simulator) Racing Center, a PlayStation World area and is the first cruise ship in the world to have an onboard state-of-the-art Music Recording Studio, with the most sophisticated recording equipment available.
